Aluminium Milling
We mill aluminium components in both aerospace and commercial grades. Our aluminium milling services includes all batch sizes from prototype through to batch production.
Our modern CNC machining centres, quick set tooling and production machining experience means we can offer best value, whatever the batch size of aluminium machined parts.
We use our 10 seats of both 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software to respond quickly to tight deadlines.
We work with traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files) and 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats). We also work from basic customer sketches or samples.
We are happy to share our many years of aluminium milling experience to help you achieve the best results in your projects.
Aluminium Turning
We have the capability to produce detailed, prototype aluminium turned parts as well as larger batch quantities of aerospace components.
Our fully integrated CAD/CAM system, modern CNC multi axis turning centres coupled with more traditional equipment means we can offer best value in all projects.
