We regularly machine tooling, jigs and fixtures in a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, engineering plastics, coppper, brass, bronze, tool steel and other ferrous and non ferrous metals.
Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures - CNC Milling
Our modern CNC machining centres and quick set tooling mean we can offer best value, whatever the batch size.
We use our 10 seats of both 3D and 2D CAD/CAM software to respond quickly to tight deadlines.
We work with 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats) and traditional 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files). We can also work from basic customer sketches or samples.
Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures - CNC Turning
Our fully integrated CAD/CAM system, modern CNC multi axis/spindle turning centres coupled with more traditional equipment means we can offer best value in all projects.
We have the capability to produce high quality prototypes using our manual and toolmakers CNC lathe, together with medium and high volume batches on our driven tool, multi spindle machines.
