Industry standard is 6-8 weeks for CNC machining, but lead times vary depending on material availability, part complexity, and batch size.
Our scheduling process is designed to prioritise communication and minimise disruption to your project, and we’ll always give you a realistic and honest delivery date upfront.
All parts go through documented in-process checks and a final inspection before dispatch. All our inspection equipment is externally calibrated by a UKAS-accredited provider. Over the years, we've developed unique internal procedures built to ensure consistency and accuracy across every batch.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and operate a proven internal quality management system. It underpins our ability to deliver right-first-time components for industries with demanding specifications.
Our service is built around repeatable, production-quality machining for customers who need consistency over time. While we can do prototypes, we typically only machine these if they are part of a future full-production run. Additionally, our quotes are most competitive when the order quantity is higher than typical prototype order quantities.
We regularly machine to tolerances of ±0.01 mm or better, depending on the part geometry and material. We’ll always confirm what’s achievable during the quoting process and flag any areas of risk early.
