Industry standard is 6-8 weeks for CNC machining, but lead times vary depending on material availability, part complexity, and batch size.
Our scheduling process is designed to prioritise communication and minimise disruption to your project, and we’ll always give you a realistic and honest delivery date upfront.
All parts go through documented in-process checks and a final inspection before dispatch. All our inspection equipment is externally calibrated by a UKAS-accredited provider. Over the years, we've developed unique internal procedures built to ensure consistency and accuracy across every batch.
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and operate a proven internal quality management system. It underpins our ability to deliver right-first-time components for industries with demanding specifications.
We regularly produce one-off parts and low-volume runs for our existing customers once a working relationship has been established. We’re also happy to support prototype work and collaborate on design-for-manufacture projects, ideally leading to a medium-to-high-volume production run.
For new customers, we understand that you may want to trial our services first — for example, by sending a low-volume run of an existing production part. We welcome this as a great way to start working together.
We regularly machine to tolerances of ±0.01 mm or better, depending on the part geometry and material. We’ll always confirm what’s achievable during the quoting process and flag any areas of risk early.
