Production Team Leader - CNC Milling (August 2020)

Reporting to and advising the Manufacturing & Quality Leader, the Production Team Leader - CNC Milling will be accountable for the day to day supervision of employees in the Milling Department to maximise production efficiency, on time delivery and ensure consistent “better than the norm” quality of the items being manufactured in a continuous improvement environment to facilitate sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to work under their own initiative as well as strong leadership and supervisory skills.You must also possess extensive experience of developing working methods, CADCAM offline programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
Estimator & Account Manager (August 2020)

Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, the Estimator & Account Manager will be responsible for undertaking the full account management process, preparing accurate quotes and helping the sales department to deliver sustained profitable growth. We will consider applications from current estimators and skilled, experienced CNC machinists that are considering a career move to use their skill in a new area of work.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and team player with a desire to work in a progressive company. You will have 10 years + skilled programming and setting CNC machining and engineering background and a comprehensive knowledge and ability to interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
