We are the CNC machining service that delivers what others can't.
Automated quoting sites trade speed for control. We handle every CNC machined part in-house under ISO 9001 processes, giving you direct accountability and documented assurance.
CNC machining cost depends on several factors including material, part complexity, tolerances, surface finish, and batch size. Setup time, machine run time, and any finishing processes also impact pricing. For an accurate CNC machining quote, please get in touch with our team.
We don’t have a fixed MOQ and are happy to support customers with one-off prototypes as well as full production batches. That said, ordering in higher volumes often provides better value per part and can help lower price per component. We’ll always work with you to find the most efficient solution for your project.
Lead time depends on material availability, part complexity, and current workshop capacity. In some cases, we can deliver parts within a few working days if the proper preparation is in place, such as Kanban or call-off orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll advise on the best achievable lead time.
For production, we require 3D STP files or PDF drawings as standard. If you're unsure about formats, our team can guide you on what types of drawings we need to quote for your part and produce it.
We can machine a wide range of sizes, from small precision parts to larger structural components. Our maximum machining envelope is 1000mm x 600mm x 450mm for milling and Ø380mm x 800mm length for turning. Please contact us to confirm whether your part falls within our machining capabilities.
Yes, we offer prototype machining as part of our CNC services. Producing a prototype first is often the best way to validate design, fit, and function before committing to a full batch. We’re happy to support you at every stage, from initial prototype to final production.
