Looking for a CNC machining company that delivers on precision, lead times, and service?
Penta Precision is a UK-based CNC machining partner trusted by engineers, buyers, and procurement teams across high-spec sectors. We produce tight-tolerance components with fast, reliable lead times, working in a wide range of metals and plastics, including aluminium, stainless steel, brass, and engineering polymers.
From one-off prototypes to high-volume supply, our CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis machining services are built around quality, repeatability, and long-term reliability. Every part we produce is backed by robust in-process inspection, material traceability, and clear communication from enquiry to delivery.
Our UK facility is built around flexibility, repeatability, and scale. We use advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machinery with proven processes for CAD/CAM programming, tooling setup, in-process inspection, and part traceability.
We regularly machine custom-engineered components for aerospace, medical, electronics, defence, OEMs, and other high-performance industries. Whether you're sourcing prototype parts or ramping up to ongoing production, we’ll help you stay on spec and on schedule.

Let’s talk about how we can support your next project.

We machine a wide variety of CNC parts to suit different functions, performance requirements, and environments.
From structural brackets to fluid-handling manifolds, our team produces high-quality CNC machined components across many industries. We work with both plastics and CNC machining metal materials to meet varied customer requirements.

CNC machining cost depends on several factors including material, part complexity, tolerances, surface finish, and batch size. Setup time, machine run time, and any finishing processes also impact pricing. For an accurate CNC machining quote, please get in touch with our team.
We don’t have a fixed MOQ and are happy to support customers with one-off prototypes as well as full production batches. That said, ordering in higher volumes often provides better value per part and can help lower price per component. We’ll always work with you to find the most efficient solution for your project.
Lead time depends on material availability, part complexity, and current workshop capacity. In some cases, we can deliver parts within a few working days if the proper preparation is in place, such as Kanban or call-off orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll advise on the best achievable lead time.
For production, we require 3D STP files or PDF drawings as standard. If you're unsure about formats, our team can guide you on what types of drawings we need to quote for your part and produce it.
We can machine a wide range of sizes, from small precision parts to larger structural components. Our maximum machining envelope is 1000mm x 600mm x 450mm for milling and Ø380mm x 800mm length for turning. Please contact us to confirm whether your part falls within our machining capabilities.
Yes, we offer prototype machining as part of our CNC services. Producing a prototype first is often the best way to validate design, fit, and function before committing to a full batch. We’re happy to support you at every stage, from initial prototype to final production.
