We were absolutely over the moon to be awarded the Business Growth Award at the Central South Business Awards 2022. The other members of the leadership team (Mark our MD, Andy, our Production & Quality Leader and Elaine our Finance & HR Manager) and I –– attended the black-tie awards ceremony at the Ageas Bowl on 28th September 2022. It was a fantastic evening and so inspiring to learn about other great businesses excelling in their fields in the central south region.

Penta Precision wins Central South Business Award

The Business Growth Award recognises outstanding vision and leadership through significant and sustained growth.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers who continue to put their faith in what our great people can do for them. We strive to deliver a service that far exceeds expectations and are on a mission to become ‘The engineering company where everyone wants to work and who everyone wants to buy from.’

Penta Precision team with the Business Growth Award 2022We’ve certainly transformed beyond recognition since 2020. In October 2021, we moved from three separate smaller sites to one single premises. This has enabled us to double our factory footprint, gain greater efficiencies, and invest in additional 5-axis machinery, increasing our machining capacity by 36%.

The result is a record-breaking forward order book, a growing skilled and passionate team, and an unwavering drive to build strong and sustained relationships with our customers.

We are continuing to invest in people and machinery. The latest addition to our factory floor is the Matsuura MAM 72-35V, which will form part of a fully automated machining cell. With 32 pallets and 240 cuttings tools, it will allow for 24/7 machining. An exciting next step for Penta!

If you’d like to speak to me about how Penta can help with your next machining project, please give me a call on 023 9206 2048.

They followed your drawings/CAD models "to the letter". So what went wrong? And how can it be fixed quickly and cost-effectively? You want a second opinion – is the issue with the supplier, the drawings or both?
