Penta offers competitive CNC milling and CAD/CAM precision machining services in a variety of different materials and grades to customers throughout the UK.

As a specialist precision CNC milling company, we regularly mill aluminium, plastic, stainless steel, tool steel, copper, brass, and bronze.

We offer both manual and CNC milling services using Bridgeport, Doosan and Matsuura CNC mills with Heidenhain controls and 4- and 5-axis machining capabilities, allowing us to quote competitively, for both prototype and production quantities.

We use both 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software to respond quickly to tight deadlines.

We can work with 3D models (.igs, .stp, parasolid, sat, sldprt, stl, and vda formats) or 2D drawings (.pdfs, .tif, DXF or DWG files). We also work from basic customer sketches or samples.
